                                       我和香草的情誼已經快3年了

                             越來越喜歡生活裡有它們陪伴的好味道

                                         我不太買鮮花插花瓶裡

                       但是卻無法抗拒,當看到新的香草味道的誘惑

                                     好像自己還蠻期待這樣的誘惑

                                      知道我愛用香草做料理所以

                     老闆娘要我一定要買這盆新進的茵陳蒿(tarragon

                 說是有間法式餐廳的主廚特別請她訂的香草,僅剩這盆喔

                                                僅剩!….太誘惑人了

 

          

 

          

 

 

                         老闆娘說,用茵陳蒿來做牛排和煮羅宋湯特別香….

                         我用手輕輕搓揉出有類似淡淡茴香的味道~我喜歡….

          

 

          

 

                        

                                再買盆茱莉亞甜薄荷,它正開著可愛的小白花

 

 

 

          

 

          

 

                                   

                                             夏天我們家的薄荷用量變多

                     泡蜂蜜茶、涼拌豆腐和夜晚泡壺薄荷茶安神很幸福.

 

 

          

 

                       

                                         我們家的封蒜吃到剩下半罐不到

                                             前晚請老爺再幫忙剝些蒜頭

                               這次做大罐的,多加些迷迭香和黑胡椒粒

                                                 繼續封存住期待的味道….

 

                              

 

 

                              

 

                    

 

                            傍晚,到陽台剪下茵陳蒿和茱莉亞甜薄荷和柑橘薄荷

                                               滿滿一碗翠綠,看了都清涼….

 

         

 

        

                                                                  晚餐…..

                     將牛小排用紅酒、橄欖油、黑胡椒、海鹽和茵陳蒿醃一下

                                       用紅醋加醬油還有茵陳蒿切粹做成淋醬

 

 

          

 

          

 

 

          

 

 

                          

                      煎個秋刀魚和香魚我們家常吃秋刀魚因為它又名『疼某魚』

                                      因為我家老爺很會挑秋刀魚的魚刺

                             我只要等他幫我挑好魚刺就可以吃了….很貼心吧

 

 

         

 

 

                     再來一盤涼拌綠竹筍,我習慣假日前一天就跟熟悉的農家先預訂

                                       她總會特別幫我留下肥大又嫩的綠竹筍

                                   我一次買8-10支綠竹筍,一次煮好和煮筍的水

                                   一起放冰箱冰一週,慢慢吃而且味道依然鮮甜

                                   連娘家爸爸和婆婆都說,我買的綠竹筍嫩又甜….

 

        

          

 

 

         

 

        

     

                                      晚餐後,泡壺薄荷茶安神解疲勞

 

          

 

          

 

 

                              

                                        只是….第一次用茱莉亞甜薄荷泡茶

                                    我放太多了!老爺說,今晚的薄荷太嗆了

                                            喝下去哈哈!涼到心坎裡了

                                         再倒些開水稀釋後放冰箱當涼茶

                                              夏天來一杯….清涼無比喔

                                                   比黑松沙士還更降火…..

                                                 

                                                     越來越喜歡這樣的夏天

                                                        有香草陪著的幸福
