                          爸爸在每年秋天時,都會利用稻田的田埂種好幾排蒜苗

                       冬天蒜苗成熟時,剛好前一年的蒜頭也因春天將至而出芽了

                               家裡就會用白色的蒜苗來代替蒜頭炒菜用

                                     而留下一些蒜苗暫時不要採收

                                   等春天到了…. 蒜苗的莖會慢慢老化

                                 但是,此時已有成熟結球的蒜頭長出了

                               農家的智慧與惜地和惜物,總讓我覺得讚嘆

                        今年春天,爸爸和弟弟將採收起來的蒜頭曬在穀場

                           老爺最愛生吃蒜頭,尤其是春天的蒜頭夠新鮮也夠脆….

                    他也開心的陪著爸爸坐凳子,一起將剝好的蒜頭綁成一綑綑曬著

                                           那溫馨畫面我一直封存在心中

                                  爸爸會將已散落的蒜瓣另外裝在小缽裡

                                       一邊曬一邊先拿來煮菜爆香時使用

                            其他整綑的蒜頭曬乾後,掛在屋簷下可以用上一年呢

 

          

 

         

 

                                    

                            媽媽以前會利用散落的蒜瓣,剝皮洗淨風乾後~封存

                                  媽媽用醬油米酒將春天蒜頭的味道封存著

                                媽媽知道女婿特別愛生吃蒜頭,特別多做一些….

                              去年春天媽媽做給老爺的醬油蒜頭還在冰箱封存著

                                 老爺每次打開罐子都會說~媽媽為他做的蒜頭好香

                                         這是最後一瓶的醬油蒜頭封存好多滋味

                                         是媽媽的疼愛、有媽媽的幸福和懷念…..

                                               其實我知道老爺一直捨不得吃.....

 

 

                            

 

                 

                                                 今年我也想要封存蒜頭

                                         我要老爺幫我將小缽裡的蒜瓣剝皮

                                      只是我自己喜歡用橄欖油和香草封存蒜頭

                                         上次看到Deb’s的封油大蒜就好吸引我

 

         

 

                                           

                      我將蒜頭洗淨、風乾、剁碎後裝玻璃瓶,再倒入冷榨的橄欖油

                                     最後加入迷迭香封存味道….冰在冰箱裡.

                                              陽光下的它們黃澄澄好耀眼

 

 

                            

 

                           

 

                          

 

                           

 

                                          

                                                           怎麼吃呢.......

                                            直接拌麵條加點海鹽,味道噗鼻而來

                                        川燙地瓜葉和空心菜時拌入,味道都有了

                                                     今天好熱……食慾不好

                             我用冰鎮的手工豆腐淋上封蒜油和醬油、辣椒薄荷

                               這一碗是老爺的午餐….他慢慢享受這封存的好味道

                                         還問我~薄荷是一口一片還是一口一株呢

                                        我笑說~都可以啊!一樣都是涼涼好滋味啊

                                             才一會兒,碗已見底了………幸福吧

 

 

      

 

       

 

                   

                                    

                                  看著即將見底的蒜油瓶….我應該要再多做個幾瓶

                                      上次告訴爸爸,要幫他做蒜油,比較方便料理

                                                橄欖油對身體總是比較健康….

                                                

                                                   封存的蒜頭有好多味道.....

 

 

      

 

      

 

                    

                             雖然我和媽媽的作法不同,但是我想我和媽媽一樣

                                   都喜歡將愛與味道封存起來~也是一種幸福
