迷迭香+南瓜蛤蜊燉飯=讚

                                           從清境帶下山的南瓜放在家中真壯觀

                                                    好像在佈置萬聖節的場景

                                                           發現......

                                               去年10月上大雪山買甜柿的時候

                                                         買下這顆葫蘆型南瓜

                                            是熟悉的農家熱心推薦的山產品種

                                                          一擺就是半年了

                                                                怕放太久

                                                          煮起來可能不甜了

                                                               決定;實驗

                                                     就來試做南瓜蛤蜊燉飯吧

                                      之前看過LiLy冬冬媽咪還有Deb愛在明尼蘇達州

                                                     她們都能燉出香噴噴的美味燉飯

                                                                我也開始動手了

                                                          將葫蘆型南瓜切開時......

 

           

 

 

                                                                       發現..

                                                                 果肉還很新鮮

                                                                南瓜果然很耐放

                                                   走到陽台摘了迷迭香剪了百里香

 

 

                                         

                                          

 

 

                                                             冰箱裡沒有新鮮的香菇

                                                             只好乾香菇將就著用吧

                                                    動手切切洋蔥和南瓜洗洗香草和蛤蜊

                                                    用初榨的橄欖油低溫炒香洋蔥和香菇

                                                         再起鍋前倒入南瓜丁和香草們

                                                                我手邊沒有義大利米

                                                                     只有台灣好米

                                                            一起倒入電鍋中,拌勻燉了

 

           

 

           

           

           

 

           

 

 

                                              大同電鍋的開關跳起來那刻

                                                   我的心也跟著跳起來

                                                            一掀開.......

                                                   啊!米心竟然沒熟透

                                       老爺在旁邊揶揄著說:哈哈!沒成功吧

                                              再試一次!內鍋外鍋都再加水

                                                    半小時後又跳起來了

                                                             忐忑ㄟ

                                                     還是沒有完全熟透

                                                         決定用爐子燉

                                            先挖出下面已熟的給老爺嚐味道

                                               老爺笑說:我又是實驗品哦

                                            老爺一臉滿意的誇~味道不錯只是

 

            

 

 

                                                          還是再燉一下吧

                                                         真怕燉成一鍋稀飯

 

            

                                                           

 

                                                            終於可以起鍋了

                                                            嗯..其實很好吃

                                                 雖然燉了….哈哈!3次才熟透

                                                因為南瓜洋蔥的甜還有蛤蜊的鮮

                                               最重要的是迷迭香和百里香的提味

                                                       讓燉飯的水準馬上升級了

                                                                 我知道.......

 

        

 

              

 

                                             下次我一定會一次就燉成功

                                        老爺說:親愛的!下次可以早點燉嗎

                                     我看看時間哈哈!已經超過平常的用餐時間了

                                                    餓扁了….吃光光
