芝麻菜

                                             最近常雨天,出門時雖然不方便

                                          而且下著雨的冬天特別寒冷得『凍』

                                                 但是雨天總會有新的驚喜

                      

                            

 

                                

                                香草鋪的店員就透露因為雨天的濕潤水氣足

                                 所以掀開香草很容易找到莖幹上冒出的新芽

                                             剪下來分株扦插是最好的時機

                                      上次回娘家已經找到許多奧勒岡的側芽

 

        

 

                                  

                               趕緊翻翻陽台的萬壽菊百里香巧克力薄荷

                                                   果不其然….馬上剪下栽種

 

 

                               

                                         

 

                                            剪一束迷迭香插在花瓶靜靜等它們發芽......

                                春秋還有冬天是享受台灣香草的好季節

                                            好多新奇的味道都出現了

                       蘋果薄荷我很喜歡,但是它們不容易繁殖與栽種

                                           還是很愛它們淡淡的蘋果香

 

             

            

 

                             茴香的季節太短…我不常拿來入菜還是暫緩吧

                              巴西里我常常會用到,但是蚜蟲們是美食專家

                               這次買小盆慢慢養慢慢吃可是得吃得比蟲快

                                 我一瞧見它們長高就剪下來插在廚房備用

 

                           

 

                                                       芝麻菜,懷念的味道....

      

 

         

 

                                                    以前在美國去吃沙拉吧時

                                              生菜裡總會混著嫩嫩微嗆的芝麻菜

                                                  咀嚼起來有濃濃的芝麻香氣

                                      那天帶去和同事分享有人喜愛、有人嫌嗆

                                    午後,一位同事打電話急著問我有關於芝麻菜

                                             這味道竟然喚起她在美國時的回憶

 

        

        

        

        

 

                                     我將五花肉切薄片用點橄欖油乾煎一下

                                       用芝麻菜夾著一起吃,很爽口的口感

                                            隔天早上將芝麻菜夾在麵包裡

                              在口中開始蔓延起一股芝麻香氣挑逗著味蕾

 

        

 

                                           秋天的萬壽菊橘色的花....充滿秋意

                    

        

        

 

 

                          剪下幾株擺在茶几慢慢欣賞,偶爾也能聞著看著『香』

                                                   看著如此屬於秋天的橘

                                               不禁想起那天讀到蘇東坡的詞

                                         

                                          荷盡已無擎雨蓋,菊殘猶有傲霜枝

                                          一年好景君須記,正是橙黃橘綠時

 

 

         

 

         

 

                           

                                           記得愛在明尼蘇達州曾經說過….

                                          

                                      香草是她每天出門時擦的天然香水味道

                手輕輕一撥一拂之間全身都是迷迭香百里香薰衣草的香氣

 

                                 雖然明尼蘇達州和她現在正處於大雪的冬眠季節

                            但是我期待明年春天..她的香草花園即將新綠的色彩

 

                                                      我愛香草的香氣

                                                       每一種香草味道

                                                   都是大自然賜予的禮物

                                                      都散發出人間的芬芳.........
